Barrow Upon Humber Consultation Fun Day 2015
The Rotary Club of Barrow Meridian sought Lottery funding to undertake a consultation project to seek the views from the residents of Barrow upon Humber on how they believe the village playing fields could be improved and better used by the whole community. A “fun day” was organised on 24th May 2015 at the playing fields and it is believed over 10% of the village residents came to join in the fun and submit their views.
This was a very successful event, as can be seen on this video and we are now looking to move forward with seeking further funding for implementing some of the chosen improvements that the village have suggested in tandem with the Parish Council.
