Tai Chi at the Civic Centre, Immingham
Come along and join in with Tai Chi, every Monday at 10.30am in the Civic Centre, Immingham. The session lasts 1 hour and costs just £1.50.
This class uses a style of Tai Chi called Sun Style for Arthiritis, and involves calm, gentle movements that help with balance and alleviating pain in joints.
