Free NHS Health Check
East Riding Leisure Centres are now offering free NHS Health Checks to residents aged between 40 and 74 years who live in the East Riding.
The checks are aimed at anyone who has not had a NHS Health Check in the past five years and who has not already been diagnosed with one of the conditions listed above.
